Carolina Crescent no longer utilizes the “Services That DO NOT Require Prior Authorization” list and now will only maintain a list of those procedures that do require prior authorization.  Please note that this change takes precedence over any procedures that refer to the authorization lists in the Provider Manual currently posted on our website.
