The Office of Privacy & Compliance was established to support Carolina Crescent Health Plan, Inc. (Carolina Crescent) commitment to the highest standards of conduct, honesty, integrity and reliability in our business practices. Compliance is all about “doing the right thing” for the right reasons. The compliance and integrity program is designed to assist the organization to uphold our continued commitment in making proper and ethical decisions. The compliance and integrity program applies to officers, directors, employees and affiliated individuals. It consists of the following: policies and procedures, standards of professional conduct, education and training, monitoring and auditing, enforcement and discipline, response and prevention.
